High Energy Tang Soo
Do is a
revolutionary training program for men and women. This workout combines
aerobics, cardiovascular fitness, and body toning. You will learn
practical techniques that will increase your confidence in your
abilities and provide the skills necessary to protect yourself.
We have designed the class in such as way that you remain in constant
motion for 60 minutes through resistance training with partners on
kicking shields, gloves, and pads to develop hand eye coordination along
with speed and power. Class also includes, jumping rope, springing,
medicine ball routines, etc. This workout will challenge you and let you
go as far as you can.
Learn safe and effective methods of kicking and punching with highly
skilled Martial Arts Instructors at an exciting high energy pace.
Instructed by Master Carl H. MacDermott and his highly trained Black
Belt Staff.
